Our story
TaxDesk was founded by Canadian tax professionals and software engineers who saw the same problem in every firm: entity details scattered across spreadsheets, deadlines tracked in calendars, documents buried in shared drives, and ownership structures drawn from memory.
We built TaxDesk to bring all of this into one place. Not a generic project tool adapted for tax, but a purpose-built platform that understands CRA program accounts, filing obligations, tax pools, and the complex structures Canadian businesses actually have.
